Publisher Description
Through the years, there are, and will continue to be, changes and upgrades to the mental health diagnostic criteria. The transition period for these changes is likely to be one of confusion for practitioners of all levels, from students to interns to licensed professionals. The use of a good diagnostic tool has the potential to reduce the anxiety related to new diagnostic criteria. In an effort to reduce this anxiety, the Psych Decision Trees application has been created to accurately and concisely map out the progression of a diagnosis in an efficient and easy to use manner. This tool provides a visual roadmap that is intended for use in tandem with the latest diagnostic criteria in determining an appropriate diagnosis.
